Privacy notice

What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.

Last updated 16 October 2026

Who we are

Palm Leaves Agency (“Palm Leaves”, “we”) is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Contact us about privacy at contact@palmleavesagency.com.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. When you use a form, we collect your email address and anything else you choose to give: name, company, phone number, your message and the options you select. We also record the time zone and region your browser reports, so we can reply and suggest call times at a sensible hour for you.
  • Tool results you send us. If you email us a result from a micro-tool, we receive the summary shown with it.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself, to limit how often forms can be used.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal data for others’ marketing. See how we measure for analytics.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal you asked for.
  • To deliver work we have agreed to do for you.
  • To keep records the law requires, such as invoices.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

Who we share it with

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting provider (Hostinger), which runs the website and the form that emails your enquiry to us; and our email provider. Some providers process data in other countries; we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for that.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as tax and legal obligations require. Server logs are kept for short periods by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to move it to another provider. Email contact@palmleavesagency.com and we will respond as soon as we can. We do not make automated decisions about you.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first using our complaints procedure. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
